ECORYS working on post-2010 EU biodiversity strategy

5 August 2010 – ECORYS is currently working on two projects for the European Commission that are part of the preparations for the new post-2010 EU biodiversity strategy. Together with partner Alterra, ECORYS is carrying out an analysis of the potential policy options to be included in the new EU biodiversity strategy. The second project focuses on assessing the requirements and related costs and benefits of the monitoring schemes needed for evaluating progress towards the 2020 biodiversity target.

ECORYS and Foundation NEI sponsor special chair in Regional Economic Dynamics at VU Amsterdam

01 July 2010 - Henri L.F. de Groot (38) has been appointed as the holder of the newly established Regional Economic Dynamics chair at VU Amsterdam. The new chair is sponsored by ECORYS and the Foundation NEI.
