Real estate and location development

Foto maquetteWe live our daily lives in a cultivated, mainly urban environment: real estate to live in, shop, work and recreate. We live in and among buildings, designed to meet the needs of several generations. Tenants, buyers and proprietors want to keep their locations to stay attractive for the long term. Cities want to keep attracting businesses. And while we want all this, society keeps developing and surprising us with its own dynamics.

Players on the real estate market need to stay informed on trends and developments that are going to shape regions and cities in the future. Property developers need to be able to anticipate long term functions and worth of real estate projects. Investors want their investments to be riskfree  and to get as much yield as possible.

ECORYS has all the expertise and experience to offer insight into social trends and developments. Agreeable environments are characterised by a good balance between spacial functions like living, working, shopping and recreating. Our approach to real estate and location development is based on achieving and maintaining this balance. We select, interpret and translate trends and developments to your specific spatial needs.
