Successful applicants undertake a personally tailored training programme, aimed at building on their potential to meet the long term business needs of the company’s different divisions and offices. Normally lasting one year, and involving placements in different parts of the company (which may include our network of offices in eight European countries), each participant is ‘sponsored’ by a particular division or office, and it is expected that participants will be promoted to consultants/researchers in their sponsoring division on successful completion of their training period. Applying for a position in the International Talent Programme is currently not possible. |

Each year ECORYS invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our in-house Talent Programme. ECORYS uses the programme to bring in to the company high potential recruits with the motivation and aptitude to develop careers in research, consultancy and programme management, primarily related to public policy issues from European to local levels. The scheme is intended for people who already have some skills, knowledge or expertise in ECORYS business areas, but who will benefit from training and experience in a variety of areas to develop them into ‘all round’ consultants and researchers.
