Budget formulation and MTEFs

Ecorys has substantial expertise in providing advice and capacity building support to the governments of developing and transition countries to strengthen their budget formulation systems. This work has encompassed a wide diversity of recipients from central government level (Ministries of Finance, Ministries of Planning and line Ministries) to decentralised expenditure units in regions, municipalities or semi-autonomous bodies.
