Our range of activities 

Our PFM trainings are conducted by experienced Ecorys staff members who have extensive knowledge on the content of PFM as well as large training experience. Ecorys has significant experience of supporting public finance management reform and capacity building processes in various countries. 

Ecorys has been providing PFM training to both the donor community as well as for the staff of (mainly) Ministries of Finance and line ministries in recipient countries. PFM training has been provided with different forms and contents:

• PFM introduction courses
  
• Advanced courses on specific topics (PFM reform, Aid modalities)
  
• Advanced module based courses
  
• Advanced custom made courses

Furthermore, Ecorys has also designed and implemented an e-learning course on PFM (for DANIDA).

Our Approach

It is our belief that if training activities are to have impact, it is essential that they develop sustained capacity at all levels within the recipient organisation. Accordingly, when designing our training programmes, we seek to apply the following key principles:

• Integrating sustainability issues throughout the design and implementation of the training
  
• Ensuring the effective dissemination and lesson-learning of training activities
  
• Focussing on building management and technical capacity
