24 September 2007 - Press Release - Dr. Julia Djarova has been appointed Vice-Chairman and Statutory Director of ECORYS International as of 1 September 2007. With this appointment, the Board of ECORYS International now consists of Mr Hugh Williams (Chairman) and Ms Julia Djarova (Vice-Chairman). ECORYS International is responsible for the work of ECORYS offices outside the UK and the Netherlands.

Dr. Julia Djarova has been appointed Vice-Chairman and Statutory Director of ECORYS International as of 1 September 2007. With this appointment, the Board of ECORYS International now consists of Mr Hugh Williams (Chairman) and Ms Julia Djarova (Vice-Chairman). ECORYS International is responsible for the work of ECORYS offices outside the UK and the Netherlands.

Julia Djarova has been with ECORYS since 1996 and has held several positions within the company and its predecessor NEI (Netherlands Economic Institute). Since January 2005 she has been a Managing Partner and Director International Markets for the Region, Strategy and Entrepreneurship division of ECORYS Netherlands. In January 2006, she was appointed Market Director EU Enlargement for the ECORYS Group, being responsible for business development in the EU Enlargement Area. In addition to her new role as Vice-Chairman, Ms Djarova will also continue in her role as Market Director for EU Enlargement of ECORYS Group.
