The project was aimed at advising the Northern Development Agency (NOM) in the Netherlands on their activities on innovation and business development. The following actions were carried out:

Developing an transparent and appealing typology of the innovation and business development activities of the NOM;
A thorough analysis of these activities and development of a general working method for innovation projects;
An advice was given how to react on new policy priorities of governments and new regulations on measuring results.
