Activities: We have carried out appraisals for more than 50 applications under the Dutch Development Related Export Programme (ORET-programme), involving a mix of smaller (< EURO 3 million) and larger (EURO 3-27 million) investment projects in medical technology and renovation for secondary and tertiary hospitals. We assessed financial and economic viability, human resource management, technical appropriateness, affordability of services provided, and the institutional environment.
