Client: Black Country Investment Bureau Action orientated research into the Feasibility of establishing a Black Country Business Incubation Unit incorporating a Local Business Innovation Centre. The research process focused on supply and demand in the market place and the opportunity offered by these sites as a location for the proposed incubation suite. The study led to a realistic funding model and delivery structure for the Black Country Investment Centre. |
