Consequences of the Water Directive for the business community, The Netherlands, 2005-2006

This project concerns policy options for the implementation of the Water Framework Directive and the social costs and benefits of the Directive. This has been done through the development of measures for the implementation of the Water Framework Directive and by calculating the macro economic effects. The main results are:

Overview of the costs connected to the measures;
Mapping of macro-econmic consequences of the measures.
