This is an evaluation of the Housing Corporation's Innovation and Good Practice (IGP) Strategy. The overall aim was to:

  • Undertake an independent evaluation of what has been achieved, 
  • Report on the achievements,effectiveness and the value for money of the programme since its inception and 
  • make recommendations for proposals to inform the Housing Corporation's Consideration of future support for the RSL Sector in order to become more effective and responsive to their tenants and residents over the next few years. 

These recommendations will embrace changes to IGP strategy, programme and systems.
