This project aimed at providing a methodology on performance measurement, advising on improvement of programme budgeting and performance indicators, development of methodology on multi-annual budgeting and providing training courses on public expenditure management. Ecorys was responsible for the macroeconomic and fiscal forecasting and Public Finance Management in this project and on improving capacity and skills in this field. It provided training on macro and fiscal modelling, performance indicators and budget analysis to Ministry of Finance staff.
