Medium Term Expenditure Framework – Social Sectors in Tajikistan (2008-2011)

Activities: This project aims at strengthening the MTEF process in the social sectors of health, education and social protection. The assignment includes developing clear guidelines for the budget preparation process and an automated system for budget submissions and processing as well as designing and implementing a detailed and demand-driven training and capacity building programme.
