This study deals with the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the R&D-behaviour of the companies involved. After an extensive literature review, 30 case studies were developed and empirically analysed. For this study, IDEA Consult (an ECORYS company) acting as the project coordinator worked together with an international team of researchers from several universities.
