The football club of Trabzon, Trabzonspor, is one of the leading clubs of Turkey. There are plans to develop a new football stadium together with new retail, housing, parking and hotel facilities in the vicinity of the stadium. A Dutch project development company has asked ECORYS to perform a pre-feasibility study for the different components of a potential development. The final report of that study describes the current social-economic situation and trends together with the maturity of the different real estate sectors in Trabzon.
