Activities: A project to assist the government of Punjab (GoPb) in achieving a reduction of the infant mortality rate (MDG4) and the maternal mortality ratio (MDG5) by designing a viable health financing system. Consultancy was given to increase the capacity and knowledge in the GoPb, to evaluate different health financing models, and to study economic implications of different models.
