In this project, IDEA Consult (an ECORYS company), together with TNS Dimarso, evaluates the behavioural additionality of the R&D-subsidies provided by IWT to enterprises in Flanders. On the basis of an extensive survey and about 50 case studies, it is explored whether the IWT-support has an impact on, for example, the scale and scope of the subsidized projects, the collaborative behaviour and the innovation processes within the companies.
