Activities: Support was given to the introduction of an effective, cost-efficient and equitable health care system in Ukraine. We assisted central and local governments in the development of their capacities to prepare for and implement the health care sector reform. Methodological assistance was given to the development of financial management of the secondary health care system and infrastructural planning of the secondary health care system. We also gave training to health care management personnel.
