The objective of the project is the development of a financial economic method for evaluation of innovations in project of Rijkswaterstaat (Executive Agency of Ministry of Transport). This method will give Rijkswaterstaat the possibility to compare in tender procedures for infrastructure projects traditional offers and offers which include innovative solutions. The evaluation criteria will be in line with the National priorities on innovation.
