Warsaw Metro project

The Warsaw Metro consisted of two parts:

A feasibility study (including cost-benefit analysis) for a second and third metro line in the City of Warsaw (Poland);
The development of a knowledge centre for Public-Private Partnerships for the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure.

The projected metro lines were used as an example for the study of PPP possibilities. ECORYS led a team that also involved engineering and legal specialists.
