IDEA Consult (an ECORYS company) prepared and accommodated a workshop on measuring the effects of subsidies for innovation co-operation in Flanders.  Several key action players were brought together in order to derive a workable strategy and methodology for measuring the effects of the support for innovation co-operation and in order to create a common support platform among the participating organisations for the evaluation of the effects.
