Ecorys is responsible for the management of multiple large-scale framework contracts for the EC, DFID and SIDA. To date, more than 500 assignments have been successfully delivered through these contracts across a whole range of sectors in more than 100 countries. The delivery of these assignments involves considerable project management inputs. This includes the selection, mobilisation and logistical support of more than 1,000 consultants across a diverse range of countries, cultures and languages. From a delivery perspective, the dedicated Framework Contract Unit oversees the scheduling, monitoring, reporting and quality control of all inputs and outputs across the different assignments and co-ordinates communication exchanges with multiple stakeholders. These contracts have since been extended showcasing clear evidence of the satisfaction and success of this successful management approach.
