Picture of two men working.Rapid technological change causes a growing need for life long working, new forms of work organization and a growing gap between high and low educated workers. New work organization and adaptability focuses introducing new forms of work organization and new information -and communication technologies. The objective is to develop programs to create new pathways to work. It tries to bring actors together for the creation of jobs and it develops new programs for the education of workers.

ECORYS provides support in the construction, documentation and evaluation of individual action plans, changes in work processes and simulation of the effects on the economy and the identification of best practices.
